Can Prayer Help in Sobriety?
There are many benefits to prayer that I have discovered over the last 11 years of my sobriety. Some are obvious while some are more subtle. One thing I’ve learned that has been crucial to my recovery and my happiness in general is that I can’t control life on my own.
